Gift for 28 year old brother?

One Monday my older bro Oliver's turning 28 and my parent aren't even thinking about thinking of a present for him. They say 'Money will be enough'. Unfortunately, our parent's have a slightly bad impression about him. I'm only, closest family member who knows maybe not everything but quite some much about his childhood and understands how he really feels, which is why I want to give a present which will show that I care. We live in Thailand for 2 years, he has a cute, good-hearted Lao girlfriend (fiance) who has 2 kids already (my parents kinda like her but think she's like all Asian bitches), he smokes and drinks (but only beer), acts like a 15 y.o. childish teen, always acts ridiculously but actually is really, REALLY serious (no one believes though -.-''), loves cars and bikes (has a monstrous motorcycle), his apartment has nice tech, he doesn't really seem to need anything.
