Has anyone bought a wedding dress from thailand or china on the internet?

I have been looking at dressed on various sites including one called tidebuys, the dresses look beautiful but Im a bit sceptical about buying one as I dont know what the reputation is like and if you can send them back with a full refund if there is a problem etc. Just wondered if anyone has experience in this area and what would you recommend, wedbsites etc. Thanks x
