Is going to college at 32 a sign you have ruined your life?

My cognitive abilities are different than a 20 year old, I am trying to make up for screwing up my education the first time, and the fact is I waited too long. Im embarrassed to go to classes. Where I should be now is with a family and established career. I feel like I ruined my life in every possible way by making really poor choices and not taking my life seriously. I was all set on the right track and I squandered my chance.
