Writers, what's your main character's achilles heel?

Aya sees the world in a very black and white manner - she doesn't realise that often somethings she says end up hurting those around her - there is never malice in her words, because she sees things simply and says it how she sees it. So I guess her weakness is her inability to see any more than the wrongs and rights of something.
